  • Approved Designs & Modifications: No refunds after primary design approval or modification requests.
  • Urgent Orders & Client Cancellations: Rush orders and client-initiated cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Client Inactivity: No response for more than 2 weeks voids refund eligibility.
  • Policy Breaches: Violations of company policies result in refund denial.
  • Multiple Providers: Engaging another provider for the same project negates refund claims.
  • Insufficient Briefs & Major Alterations: Poor briefs or redesigns are not eligible for refunds.
  • Late Requests: Refunds requested after the defined period will not be entertained.
  • Business Adjustments: Refunds are not granted due to internal changes like rebranding or closures.
  • Non-Service-Related Issues: Personal conflicts or change of mind do not qualify for refunds.
  • Processing Charge: A 12% fee applies to all client-initiated refund claims.
  • Finalized Deliverables: Once final files are sent, no refunds will be processed.
  • Complimentary Services: Free services are non-refundable and not eligible for revisions.
  • Excluded Services: Social Media, SEO, Domains, and Hosting are non-refundable.
  • Website Projects: Refunds are not allowed once design approval and development begin.
  • Logo Completion: Final logo files and positive feedback close refund claims.
  • Outsourced Services: No refunds for third-party outsourced services.

Refund Eligibility

Non-Delivery of Service: If EtsyBros fails to deliver agreed-upon services and all client requirements were properly fulfilled, a refund may be requested.

Refund Processing

Refund claims will be assessed within 30 business days, where applicable. We encourage open communication, and we will work with you to find a fair and timely resolution.
